Made to Measure

Dear Customers, To meet your expectations and thinking about people with unusual feet, we introduce the Made to Measure option.

If shoes from our offer don't fit you properly, we can make a new pair to order. Various options are available:

• Color change
  
• Shoe widening
  If our shoes are too narrow, we can widen them in the indicated area by about 5mm. Can be wider at the instep, bunion area or toes.
• Half sizes
  We also make half sizes to order.
• Instep strap
  To make pumps fit better around the heel, we can add an instep strap. The strap (about 8mm wide) fastens with a buckle.
  
• Heel modification
  We can also change the heel on ordered shoes. You can choose different color or shape. We only don't change heel height.

For made-to-order shoes we charge an additional fee: 40 PLN (color change, widening or half size) and 90 PLN (instep strap). Price includes shipping costs and return of trial pair for fitting.

How does ordering work?
1. Customer selects style and orders online choosing Made to Measure option.
2. We send fitting shoes from our collection. You need to try them and specify what needs modification.
3. We make the final shoes within 14 days and ship to customer. We can arrange courier pickup of trial shoes. Alternatively we can ship via parcel locker and email printable return label.
